HomeCheck: building inspection and structural engineering in South Korea

Most of our day is spent inside buildings. HomeCheck works in the housing and construction fields to make those buildings safer and more comfortable, from the first inspection of a new apartment to the safety diagnosis of aging facilities.

Services are provided within South Korea under Korean laws such as the Housing Act, the Special Act on the Safety Control and Maintenance of Establishments and the Construction Technology Promotion Act. Field work and reports are carried out by HomeCheck's own engineers and inspectors, without outside subcontracting.

HomeCheck is registered as a safety-examination institution with Korean public bodies including the Yongin Urban Corporation, the Korea Environment Corporation, the National Court Administration, the Public Procurement Service and the cities of Suwon and Seongnam, and with local governments across Gyeonggi Province such as Yongin, Hwaseong, Hanam, Gunpo, Anseong, Uijeongbu, Yeoju, Ansan, Bucheon, Gapyeong, Pyeongtaek, Guri, Dongducheon, Uiwang, Gwacheon, Pocheon and Icheon. It has carried out safety diagnoses and inspections commissioned by local governments and public institutions, and performs periodic safety inspections, detailed safety inspections and in-depth safety diagnoses nationwide.
